Cranberry Orange Oatmeal Cookies

SO GOOD.  Got this recipe from my friend at Telestial Kitchen.

Ingredients:
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 t. vanilla
2 eggs
grated peel from one orange
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 1/3 + 1/2 c. flour
3 c. uncooked oats
1 1/2 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
- Cream together butter and sugars.
- Stir in vanilla, eggs, orange peel, baking soda, and salt.
- Add flour and oats; stir in cranberries.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until slightly brown.
- Remove to cooling racks.

Tips & Tricks:
- I used 1 1/3 c. brown sugar and 2/3 c. white sugar.  Turned out great.
- I made these with half white flour, half whole wheat, and I couldn't tell a difference.  YUMMY.

These are AMAZING. Possibly the best oatmeal cookie I've ever made/had.
