YUM.
Ingredients:
24 oz. hashbrowns, thawed
1 1/3 c. butter
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. jack cheese, grated
1 lb bacon (or ham), diced
1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
6 eggs
Directions:
- Stir hashbrowns and melted butter together in 9x13 pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 425F for 25 minutes.
- Layer on cheese and bacon.
- Pour milk, eggs, and salt over everything else.
- Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
